Cancellation Policy
Beginning January 1st, 2024 a deposit MUST be placed in order to book a NEW service appointment! Existing clients, while a deposit for CURRENT services (Eyelash Fills) does not require a deposit be made, any new or additional services WILL require a deposit. This deposit is NON-Refundable, but in some circumstances, can be applied to another service or service date.
All appointments NOT cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled time, will be subject to pay full price of service. This includes no shows. In order to rebook, you will have to pay the cancelled/no show service price plus the deposit for the next appointment. Appointments with a deposit held, will forfeit the deposit should the appointment not be cancelled within 24 hours or is a no show.
